It is a maintenance cleaning for vehicles with light dirt and debris.
No. The Interior Refresh does not include carpet shampooing, seat shampooing, heated extraction, steam cleaning, stain removal, pet-hair removal, odor treatment, or heavy-condition cleaning. Vehicles needing those services require the Deep Interior Clean or Heavy Interior Cleanup.
Heated extraction uses hot water and cleaning solution under pressure to lift embedded dirt and stains from cloth seats, carpets, and floor mats. The solution is then extracted, pulling dirt and moisture back out. It is included in the Deep Interior Clean and Heavy Interior Cleanup packages.
Choose Interior Refresh for light dirt and routine maintenance. Choose Deep Interior Clean for moderate stains, spills, buildup, or when you want heated extraction. Choose Heavy Interior Cleanup for interiors that need extra care — extensive staining, significant pet hair, strong odors, or severe buildup. Heavy Interior Cleanup requires a photo review before a final quote.
No. Stain and odor results depend on the type, age, severity, and condition of the material. We pre-treat moderate common stains and offer enzyme and ozone odor treatments as add-ons, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Pet hair removal is available as an add-on: moderate pet hair is $40 and heavy pet hair starts at $75. It is not included in the Interior Refresh or automatically included in the Deep Interior Clean.
Drying time depends on humidity, temperature, airflow, and how saturated the material was. Most interiors take several hours to dry after extraction. We recommend leaving windows cracked when possible to improve airflow.
Pictures are required when selecting Heavy Interior Cleanup, or when reporting heavy stains, heavy pet hair, strong odors, excessive sand, or major spills. For Interior Refresh and Deep Interior Clean, pictures are optional but helpful.
The exterior hand wash includes exterior hand wash, wheels and tires cleaned, exterior windows cleaned, hand drying, and tire dressing. It does not include clay-bar treatment, machine polishing, paint correction, scratch removal, or ceramic coating.
Yes. We are a fully mobile detailing service and bring our equipment, including our Mytee heated extraction system, to your home or workplace in Frederick, Maryland and surrounding areas. For exterior washing we use a customer-provided garden hose or outdoor spigot — we do not supply water.
Please remove personal belongings from the seats, floors, center console, glove box, door pockets, and trunk before your appointment. Closed compartments will only be cleaned if they have been emptied.
